Kerry FermCap® S is a unique emulsion of dimethylpolysiloxane. It is an extremely effective, surface active agent that prevents foam formation during fermentation by reducing surface tension.

Licorice Root contributes licorice flavors to porter, stouts and darker ales. Improves head retention in finished beers. Typically use ¼ -½  oz. in the final 15 minutes of the boil.
