For portable draft systems, the Wall Coupling acts as a beverage “pass through”, channeling beer through the wall of a jockey box and into the stainless steel cooling coil or cold plate located inside.

To mount the Wall Coupling, a 7/8” inch hole must be drilled into the body of the jockey box.

Application Tip:

For proper installation, the Wall Coupling requires both a rubber and aluminum washer between the interior coupling nut and the wall of the jockey box.

To connect the Wall Coupling to a keg requires a hex or wing nut, neoprene washer and Tail Piece assembly clamped to beverage tubing and a keg disconnect.

To connect the Wall Coupling to the cold plate or cooling coil inside the jockey box, a hex or wing nut, neoprene washer and Tail Piece assembly is clamped to beverage tubing. To finish the connection, clamp the tubing to the hardware connected to the cold plate or cooling coil.

Application Tip:

The Wall Coupling can also be utilized to convey gas through the walls or wood collars of keggerators.

To install, simply drill a 7/8” hole and mount the Wall Coupling. Attach ¼” tail pieces, neoprene washer and wing or hex nut to both ends of the coupling. Clamp 5/16” gas tubing to the tail pieces with one length leading to the CO2 tanks regulator while the second length is connected to a keg or a manifold/splitter in a keggerator containing multiple kegs.
