Peated Malt (Phenol) Simpsons Oz

Normally utilized in the production of Scotch Whiskey, Peated Malt provides distinct smoky earth quality to finished beers. 

Application Tip:

To prevent over use, specify Peated malt in small percentages, especially during the first iteration of a recipe. Working the malt into a beer conservatively will provide smoky, earthy flavors while maintaining balance in the finished beer.
