O-Ring Ball Lock Plug (Black)

Replacement o-ring fits the groove at the top of both gas and beverage plugs attached to ball lock kegs.

Brew and Grow recommends replacing o-rings when leaks occur with ball or pin lock disconnects attached to either gas or beverage plugs. 

Gas or Beverage Leaks:

Following the connection of disconnects to the soda keg plugs, if gas is heard escaping or liquid is observed leaking from the disconnect, the Ball Lock Plug O-Ring may be damaged or worn out. Replacing the o-ring will solve most disconnect leakage issues. 

Application Tip:

Frustrating and time-consuming leaks can occur at many points in the beverage and gas streams. To adequately check for leaks, create a mild dish washing soap solution and apply it to possible leak points (Poppets, Keg lid seals, Relief Valves, Keg disconnects…). Wherever bubbles form and continue to form is the location of the leak. Try reseating the Poppets, Relief Valves or Keg lids to solve the problem. If the prior techniques do not fix the problem, replace the parts at the location of the leak.
