Designed for easy cleaning, the three piece Plastic Econo Air Lock releases CO2 pressure during primary fermentation with plastic, bucket fermentors. For secondary fermentation in carboys, place the Econo Air lock in the appropriate sized rubber stopper to allow safe venting of excess CO2 while preventing air intake.
