Flavoring - Juniper Berries 1 oz

Juniper Berries are the primary flavoring agent in the production of gin. In brewing, the berries add a fresh flavor and aroma in darker ales and is a major component of Finnish Sahti.

Application Tip:

For spicing a Belgian Dubbel for Christmas, sparely crush 4 oz. and add to the wort with 15 minutes remaining in the boil in conjunction with Orange Peel, Vanilla and Mace.
