Prepare 4 gallons (15.1L) of warm water in a 7.9 gallon (30L) fermenter. As specified by the table below, add sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Top up the fermenter with cool water to 6.6 gallons (25L). Prior to pitching the yeast, the sugar solution should be under the temperature specified in the table. Once the solution has reached the correct temperature, add 48 Hour Turbo Yeast sachet contents and stir well. Secure the lid firmly onto the fermenting vessel, attach an airlock and ferment until completion. Refer to the table below for optimum temperature ranges and fermentation durations.
