Carapils Briess Oz
Cara-Pils dextrine malt adds body, head retention properties and stability to the beer without influencing color or aroma. Designed to upgrade all styles of beer, including lighter hued beers, Carapils Malt is non-fermentable and proves advantageous in balancing body and flavor of dark colored beers. Carapils Malt may be used with or without other specialty malts and has the full glassiness of a caramel malt. Devoid of enzymes, Carapils Malt can be steeped in hot water for extract batches or included in the mash or Partial Mash or all-grain recipes.
