CaraMalt Simpsons Oz

Simpsons Caramalt imparts lightly sweet flavors and adds a slight red hue to finished beers. Caramalt will also contribute dextrins and enhance foam stability.

Application Tip:

For lighter hued beers still requiring a bit of color such as, Cream Ales or even Blondes, Caramalt provides color correction and caramel flavors, but use sparingly with no more than a few ounces in a 5 gallon batch.
