Application Tip:

While storing bottled wine, following a few simple steps will maintain freshness and long-term flavors.

• Immediately after bottling, store the wine upright for the first 3 – 5 days, allowing oxygen to escape between the cork and the bottle.
• Following the upright period, store the bottles on their side, allowing the cork to contact the wine, expand and form a tight seal and keep the cork moist.
• Store the wine in a cool, dark place. Wine should be stored at a CONSISTENT temperature.
• Bright light, movement, and temperature fluctuations can negatively affect the quality of wine.
