Gilbertson and Page
For improving head retention and body in the finished beer, unmalted wheat that has been heated until the kernel pops. A signature Gilbertson and page product, torrified wheat is used widely across across North America. A whole kernel version of wheat flakes, Torrified Malt requires milling for best performance.

For adding a bit more body to Wheat styles of all types, Torrified Wheat proves a useful alternative to unmalted wheat in Wit beers, specifying up to 30% of the grist. The puffed wheat provides body and head retention and proves an excellent adjunct in Partial Mash recipes.
A whole kernel verstion of our popular wheat flakes and does require milling. Infrared roasting gives these flakes their unique toasted flavor.
