BE-256 is recommended to brew a diversity of beers amongst which abbey style beers known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas.
Fermentation Temperature: 12-25C (53.6-77F) ideally 15-20C (59-68F)
Application Tip: For best results, follow the rehydration instructions included on the backside of the sachet. Proper rehydration will guarantee, healthier yeast, a swifter fermentation and better tasting beer.
