Lemon Drop has become quite popular in the craft industry due to the unique flavor and aroma characteristics of the cultivar.
With fruity and herbal notes, Lemon Drop provides distinctive flavors and aromas for IPA’s Pilsners, Saisons, pale ale and wheat beer styles, especially American versions utilizing the cleaner American Wheat yeast.
