Imperial Pale Ale was perfected on the U.S. West Coast and Brewer's Best proudly created an extract version for home brewers. Huge and hoppy, the Imperial Pale Ale kit produces a full-bodied beer with resiny, citrusy hop flavors and enough bitterness to offset the residual sweetness remaining after fermentation.
Contents of the kit include ingredients, bottle caps, priming sugar, and brewing procedures.

To upgrade the yeast to a liquid culture, purchase the Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast separately. Providing a clean, neutral flavor profile, the strain ferments dry and crisp, allowing the malt and hop to dominate. (Additional yeast sold separately.)
