Selected for the strains somewhat peppery and spicy ester and flavor development, the T-58 is a specialty yeast recommended for producing beers destined for bottle conditioning. The strain shows excellent performance in the fermentation of high gravity beers, ably handling an alcohol content of up to 11.5% ABV.
Fermentation Temperature: 15C-24C (59-75F).
Attenuation: Approximately 70%
For best results, follow the rehydration instructions included on the backside of the sachet. Proper rehydration will guarantee a swifter fermentation and better tasting beer.
