Special Roast proves a good alternative to Biscuit malts for flavoring beers. Recommended amounts range from 1 – 10% of the recipe. Try it in Pale Ales, Bitters and all varieties of darker ales and lagers. Special Roast is excellent in IPA, ESB, Amber, Nut Brown Ale, Porter and other dark beer styles.
