Application Tip:

For standard German Wheats, the yeast works best at the lower end of the strains fermenation range. In fruit beers, the neutral portion of the strain will soften the esters and allow the fruit to dominate the malt profile while providing a wheat yeast accent, especially at the lower end of the range.
