Often utilized to recreate historical styles, Cluster is a general-purpose hop with balanced bittering aroma potential. Described as a hop with strong floral and spicy characteristics, the varietal has often been used in traditional pre-prohibition cream ales or classic American pilsners and even stouts. Beyond traditional styles, Cluster provides quality bittering and flavor properties in light and dark ales and lagers.
