Providing a deep golden to reddish hue depending on the percentage specified in malt bills, the Organic Caramel Malt 60L aids in head retention and contributes sweetness, body and caramel flavors and aromas in finished beer.

Moisture: 5.5% Max
Utilize 1-3% to achieve balance in Pilsners, 5-10% in California Common Beer, Vienna, Marzen and Oktoberfest, 5-15% Doppelbocks, Dark Lagers and Barley Wine and 5-15% for Certain styles of Brown Ales, Scotch Ales, Stouts and Porters.
