With 4 different configurations available, Brew and Grow offers 1/2" Quick Connects to fit a wide variety of brewing situations. Whether an application requires a 3/8" or 1/2" barb, our Quick Connects provide the option of output barbs formed with a 90 degree turn or a standard straight version.
Providing a high quality seal, the flat, Weldless O-Rings were designed for placement in Brew and Grows standard ½” NPT Weldless fittings such as bulkheads and disconnects. The Flat O-Ring provides greater contact area with metal surfaces, preventing leaks at vital contact points and creating a smoother brewing session.
For attaching ball valves, thermometers, etc to kettles with a 7/8" hole, the Weldless Bulkhead fitting proves easier to tighten with wrench(es) than standard bulkhead fittings. The extended bolt length allows for easy attachment of fittings such as ball valves or couplers.
The Stainless Steel Male QD with ½” FPT threads onto any ½” MPT fitting. Providing numerous options for interconnecting brewing system equipment, the Male QD optimizes functionality in brewing operations, saving time and effort during crucial steps of wort production.
Designed to fit the ¾” center inlet on the "Center Inlet Stainless Steel Replacement Head" for Chugger or March pumps, the Stainless Barb should be installed with Teflon tape applied to the threads of the inlet prior to attaching the barb.
The ½” Barb of the Female QD can be easily clamped to Silicone Heat Tubing and readied for swift connection to Male QD’s counterparts threaded into ½” fittings on ball valves or Full Couplers fastened to plate chillers.
