The double lever corker is a good choice for the budget conscious winemaker bottling 5 – gallon batches. Twin lever design allows for easy corking with #9 corks. Place the cork in the chamber and set the chamber on the lip of the bottle opening. Push down on both levers, forcing the cork into the bottle. To ease the process, the Double Lever Corker works best with an assistant holding the bottle still. Plunger depth can be adjusted by loosening the nut at the top of the corker.
